T Mobile Customer Service
I am a dedicated T Mobile Customer. I will stick up for them regardless of what anyone says about them. I believe that they have the best pricing and some of the better phones on the market. I'm not sure if anyone else has been experiencing the same issues that I have, but lately the customer service has the been the worst of all time. I have never had to sit on hold with T Mobile for more than five minutes. Now I dread calling them becuase I know I am going to be holding the phone for at least 35 minutes before I get someone live. This is ridiculous. I honestly can't even believe that I am blogging this because I really do like T Mobile. But got damn T Mobile!!! Train better, hire more people...Hell I need a job! I still stand behind T Mobile, but ya'll need to get it together.
